    Is it possible to have EB2 category and old priority date without refiling new I-140?

    No. You need 2 (or more) approved I-140s to port PDs.

    What did your attorney say? I-140 is an employer document and you cannot do anything. Your company's attorney needs to request and I assume he knows how


    Hi,

    My company filed for I-140 around Dec-2007. During first week of Sep-2008 USCIS case status page was showing "I-140 is approved". After that since third week of Sep-2008 case status page is showing "Documents mailed to applicant".

    But neighter my lawyer not my employer had received the approval notice in mail.
    How to obtain the duplicate or copy of this approved I-140? What form need to be submitted? where? and how much time it takes?

    I have just joined this forum and collected my D70 last night. Used for the first time tonight took about 200 photo's with my SB-80DX flash.
    I had to use camera on A or S priority with flash set on Auto. Quite a backward step after TTL metering with the F100.
    The only Nikon flashes which provide full interaction with the D70 are the SB-800 & SB-600. Only these provide auto zoom head function, ISO from camera and TTL metering.

    TSC. Got the CPO email on 8/7/08. Then welcome email 8/8/08, approval notice 8/12/08. Received approval notice yesterday, cards this morning. Great start to a weekend.

    it was in 2006 quota, got her h1 approval document in november, applied in november second week and by dec 2 week got her ssn.

    She was on h4 for the past 3 years and converted to H1 in december officially( as she got her SSN)

    This is already IV's number one priority on the goals of this org and we are trying to translate this goal and other goals into legislation.

    ^Don't lie to him. Spyrl your going to need to remove your current DX9 card or DX10 card and put in a DX7 when your testing.

    for real though, all DX10 cards are backwards compatible with DX9L. SDL is pretty much compatible with everything your heart will ever want.

    I am taking a guess that what Ronnie meant to say was that, Tax filing (whether or not you file jointly) has no implications on your immigration process... which is true.

    If you filed 'married filing separately' does not mean that you dont want to support your spouse anymore as a derivative of your I-485 !

    I second this. Tax Filing has no implications on your immigration status.

    Soft LUD means the date changed but no message content change..
    Hard LUD means both date and message changed..

    THanks for the information. Now its little encouraging. could you clear one of my other questions.. whats the difference between LUD and soft LUD. I logged in the USCIS website
    and i see the date changed at the LUD to 04/28/2009. What is that is that a soft lud or LUD

    It's very simple, if you think about it... The first photo (showing dust) was taken at f/32, and the second, lacking dust, at f/2.8. A smaller aperture will not only result in a great DOF in front of the lens, but also behind it; hence, the dust will be blurred and mostly invisible at large apertures because it is slightly in front of the sensor (on the AA / IR blocking filter thing), but will pop out with tremendous clarity at small ones.
